All 2018 Wine Appreciation Courses are conducted through the Canberra Institute of Technology (CIT), Human Resource Development (HRD Australia) and the ACT Wine Industry Network (ACTWIN).
Term 1: Level One Introductory Course. February 12 – March 26. Monday evenings at CIT (Dickson College annex) for 6 weeks. Time: 7-9pm. Cost: $275pp plus $90pp tasting fees. Note: this Course is now full.
Monday 19 March : topics include popular styles of wines and emerging varieties and local wineries and their specialties. Tastings: Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Term 2: Level Two Intermediate Course. May 8 – June 26. Tuesday evenings at CIT (Dickson College annex) for 6 weeks. Time: 7-9pm. Cost: $295pp plus $90pp tasting fees.
